What time frame do you encourage for bookings?

Accepted Answer

To ensure availability, please plan to book at least 30 days in advance. 
Rush bookings (less than 30 days) may be accepted depending on schedule and material availability.

Will you use the balloons that I purchased on line?

Accepted Answer

Clint will not use balloons that have been ordered on-line/Amazon, etc.  He only utilizes specific balloon industry brand balloons which are safe to the environment and high quality.  This is to ensure the design will last.  Quality is key when ordering balloons.

Outdoor Policy (wind/rain thresholds, covered back up required, reschedule rules)

Accepted Answer

Balloons are sensitive to heat, winds, and rain. If your event is outdoors, we strongly recommend having a covered or indoor backup plan.
While we take every precaution to ensure a beautiful setup, The White Ballon cannot guarantee perfect results in outdoor conditions.

Can I add florals to the design?

Accepted Answer

You absolutely can order silk florals.  Clint's wife, Nanette owns Pearfectly Silk Florals and Rentals.  She would be happy to design and rent the florals/greenery to add dimension and depth to the balloon design.

Can I keep the balloons?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely.  Just let us know if you would like the balloons when we come for break down.

Question 6

Do you have a minimum order and a typical service radius?

Accepted Answer

Our minimum order is $350 for events outside of a 15 mile radius of our location. This includes an additional mileage and breakdown fee. Events within 15 miles are not subject to this additional charge.

Question 7

What retainer % do you prefer and when is the balance due?

Accepted Answer

A 50% retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to your event.

What is your delivery/installation window?

Accepted Answer

Our team typically arrives 2 hours prior to your event for delivery and setup.
Arrival times may vary depending on the size and complexity of your design.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, check (payable to The White Balloon), ACH, and card payments.
* All prices include Pennsylvania sales tax.

Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request?

Accepted Answer

We carry liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request. 
For venues that prohibit adhesives, we offer freestanding frame setups and other no-adhesive alternatives.
